Carrie Fuller-McMahon

Carrie has a history of success leading, developing, and inspiring teams of colleagues and has served in leadership roles for three national organizations. Most recently, she served as a Chief Development Officer within a national health care system. “Leave things better than the way we found them” is a core value and has afforded her a career that does just that.  After leaving her CDO position, Carrie formed Apricity Consulting, an agency that offers training, staff and team development, and strategic planning support for organizations and companies. After consulting on a project for Drew, Carrie accepted a position as the Vice President of Training and Development. Her passion for developing Drew’s ‘greatest assets’, their colleagues around the globe, has led to additional responsibilities that afforded Carrie a role as Senior Vice President, Human Capital, Training & Development. As Drew builds out its multiple business verticals, the depth of Drew’s bench of colleagues will become critical.

Outside of work, Carrie sits on multiple non-profit boards, including the Foundation of Possibilities, which she formed in 2013 to help make an immediate impact on children from financially disadvantaged families by giving them the support they need to achieve ‘their best life’. Carrie received her Bachelor’s Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and her Master’s Degree from Bay Path University.
